    Not to be too hyper critical, but I did not really like the onomatopoeialy named ogre tribes either.

    Even these dumb brutes would be able to come up with scarier tribal names then those. Headshrinkers, Bonechewers, Blooddrinkers, whatever else can be plausible tribal names. I think Whomp is just silly that no self respecting ogre would call themselves. Their own sense of self importance would lead them to name themselves grandiously (at least grandly in their own minds). They wouldn't settle for Bonk while their orc neighbors were named the Evil Eyes or Vile Runes.

    Otherwise I liked the article. It reminds me of what a sage-scholar of Oerth would write up in a treatise describing the ogres.
