The Pecwae, as I've adapted them to GH, are closely tied to the Flan in any given region they inhabit, so in the lands of the flan nomads of the north, it is entirely possible to have them as nomads as well. Perhaps pony riders, or large dogs.
My campaign takes place mostly in Keoland, Sterich and Geoff, so some of the flavor of the eastern and northern flanaess gets overlooked, but I see no reason to have Pecwae or Tallfellows fill the demihuman niche in the nomadic realms.
