    Thanks. :-) It was originally written to accompany the Wee Jas article in OJ#8, but failed to make it in for some reason...deadline, I think.

    Atar is a unique guardian. He can travel anywhere inside Wee Jas's domain except the Quiet Hall. He can leave her domain but loses all attributes of the Thief-Catcher when he does so, and may be instantly recalled at any time by Wee Jas, with no effort on her part.

    "Thief-Catcher of Wee Jas" is essentially a unique divine template; the powers are divinely granted, but Atar himself has no divine qualities. He considers himself cursed, but assumes defying Wee Jas will guarantee his eternal seperation from his wife, and so performs his duty to the best of his ability.
