I think the best way to approach cost is multipliers applied to your normal campaign prices.
I’d charge x1 for the Brown, x2 for the Green, and x4 for the Blue in Keoland. In Keoland’s immediate neighbours, I’d hold price of the Brown and Green (possibly up the Green slightly), but put the Blue at x8. Eastern Flanaess, or elsewhere outside the normal export market, I’d double the Brown (x2), Triple the Green (x6) and do something astronomical with the Blue.
Note the Blue prices in particular will only hold assuming the drinker understands what it is. If he pilfered a bottle, or found it in a treasure hoard, he’d probably drink it as a fine brandy, think nothing of it, then be mortified when told how much it would have be worth to the right person.
