Pilgrim's Gate is a cool locale based off a descriptionless fortress on the Iuz the Evil map. I always wished I'd used it in my campaign - it's essentially a Palish megadungeon module waiting to happen.
It's quintessentially Palish - thought IMHO once you get past the Gate the rest of the Pale is more civilised - as long as you're a Pholtan of course.
