Sorry Lenny, but I have to disagree with you on this one. Whilst I have long planned (and will indeed someday do) an historic campaign exploring many different time periods in GH's past - I think we need to move forwards.
What Greyhawk needs as a setting is to progress and not to dwell in days gone by. Whilst I don't play in DL, I do love the novels, and no-one can accuse Krynn of being allowed to grow stale. Sure it has gone through its bad phases (what were they thinking with that diceless stuff?!?) but the folks over at DL are not afraid to kill off all of their outstanding characters or to blow up countries and cities beyond recognition in order to rebuild anew.
Greyhawk must not be allowed to falter in nostalgic stagnation.
