Dibs on the City of Glass (and this one is by RJK, Grodog!)-
It was mentioned in Dragon (?) 77 (but definitely September 1982) in the original historical flavour articles - the City of Glass was spotted by Medegian mariners on an isolated isle off the Spindrifts. They met an unusual wizard that they thought to be Lendore himself (check it out p.11)
