I would prefer the newsletter to remain weekly unless the labor involved makes bi-weekly releases easier. Regarding increased content, the newletter has introduced me to several interesting forums (new to me), one of which I now visit occasionally (Realms of Evil). Going in-depth on Living Greyhawk sounds interesting and may be well presented in PDF (records perhaps eventually forming a history), but HTML seems best for a "newsletter."
