Greyhawk Dragons are just lame, imo. They might have been cool in concept, but making one Theodain's stunt double and putting 3 or 4 in one city (Greyhawk, where else...lame.) was a bit overboard, and made them cheesy.
I probably would have included Xvarts as well, since GH is the only setting to every seriously treat them as something besides blue goblinoid cannon fodder. And we all know I love the rat stuff :-P
