    True. It didn't came to my mind but true none the less. Almost everybody underestimates gnomes, regarding to them only as annoying pranksters or funny excentrics at the best. Greyhawk gnomes deserve better.

    They were pranksters in 1st edition, too (see, for example, the Book of Lairs II).

    I voted for Orcs, because they are a major force in the humanoid world and relatively little has been written on them to date with regards to their impact on the Flanaess.  But Gnomes are my close second choice.  The Gnomes of the Kron hills in particular might be interesting to spend some time on because they regularly interact with humans and elves (and humanoids) and likely range into the Gnarley as well.
